1. About us
Prezzies by CDH ("Prezzies", "we") operates prezzies.com and provides curated gifting products and services. Contact: info@prezziesbycdh.com.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Shopify at checkout.
3. Substitutions
Because our collections are curated from artisan suppliers, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value and similar style if a component becomes unavailable.
4. Corporate & bulk orders
Corporate proposals are valid for 14 days. Custom-branded orders require written approval of artwork and may require a deposit. Branded items are non-refundable once production begins.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Perishable items must be received promptly.
6. Returns
Due to the nature of gifts and perishables, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumable items. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellations
Individual orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Corporate orders may be cancelled before production subject to any non-recoverable costs.
8. Age-restricted items
Gifts containing alcohol may only be ordered by and delivered to persons of legal drinking age in the delivery province.
9. Privacy
We use your information only to fulfil orders and respond to enquiries, and never sell it to third parties.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
