Question 1

How far in advance should I order?

Accepted Answer

For individual gifts, allow 3–5 business days. Corporate and bulk orders are best placed 2–3 weeks ahead so we can source, brand and hand-finish every box.

Question 2

Can gifts be branded with our logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Corporate orders can include custom cards, embossed ribbons, branded packaging and selected co-branded items. Share your brief through our corporate booking form.

Question 3

Do you offer real estate closing gifts?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We curate welcome-home collections for realtors, brokers and developers, and can deliver directly to the new homeowner on closing day.

Question 4

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We ship across Canada, with local hand-delivery available in select areas. International shipping is available on request.

Question 5

Can I include a personal note?

Accepted Answer

Every gift includes a handwritten card. Add your message at checkout or in your corporate brief.

Question 6

Can I buy in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our collections are also available at pop-ups and private appointments. Email info@prezziesbycdh.com to arrange a viewing.
